We're affiliated with the Clarkston office but work primarily out of our home in Waterford. Our business is divided pretty equally between the Waterford and Clarkston market areas with additional services in Lake Orion, White Lake, Springfield Township and other local surrounding areas.
The current market is a difficult one. Our real estate market is struggling with many overpriced listings, foreclosed and abandoned properties and a huge listing inventory. Couple this with the current credit crunch and people leaving the state times are tough. We know though, through experience, that people and families still need and want to move and we're prepared to pull out all the stops to help you accomplish your real estate goals.
